摘要: 喉错构瘤是一种发生在喉部的良性增生性瘤样病灶，本文报告1例我科收治的小儿声门上喉错构瘤患儿，并对相关文献报道的12例喉错构瘤病例资料进行回顾性分析，探讨喉错构瘤的发病机制、临床表现、诊断、治疗及预后，旨在提高对该病的认识及诊治水平。Abstract: Laryngeal hamartoma is a benign proliferative tumor-like lesion that occurs in the larynx. A case of supraglotic laryngeal hamartoma admitted by our department and 12 cases of laryngeal hamartoma reported in literature were retrospectively analyzed, the pathogenesis, clinicalmanifestation, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of laryngeal hamartoma was explored, aiming to improve the understanding and diagnosis and treatment.of this disease.
