李进让，男，1964年12月出生，河北省石家庄人，中共党员。解放军总医院第六医学中心耳鼻咽喉头颈外科医学部咽喉嗓音外科主任，医学博士，教授，主任医师，博士研究生导师。中华医学会耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学会委员、咽喉学组组长、北京市医学会耳鼻咽喉头颈外科专业委员会副主任委员；《中华耳鼻咽喉头颈外科杂志》副总编以及10本期刊编委。
从事耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床与基础研究工作40年，擅长于咽喉疾病及头颈肿瘤的诊断和治疗，尤其在咽喉反流性疾病和吞咽障碍的外科治疗方面处于国内领先地位。在国内外发表学术论文170余篇，主编或参编专著20余部，获军队科技进步奖二等奖1项，科技进步或医学成果三等奖4项，获各类基金课题资助1000余万元

摘要: 咽喉科是耳鼻咽喉头颈外科一个重要的亚专科，涉及咽喉部先天性疾病、外伤及异物、咽喉部炎性疾病、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停、咽喉部良性疾病、喉神经关节疾病、吞咽障碍、咽喉反流性疾病、嗓音医学，以及喉显微外科手术和内镜下咽喉良恶性肿瘤的外科治疗等，疾病谱广泛，涉及外科技术和方法较多。

Abstract: Pharyngology and laryngology is an important subspecialty of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. It involves congenital diseases, trauma and foreign bodies, inflammatory diseases, obstructive sleep apnea, benign lesions, laryngeal nerve and cricoarytenoid joint diseases, swallowing disorders, laryngopharyngeal reflux diseases, voice medicine, as well as laryngeal microsurgery and endoscopic surgical treatment of benign and malignant tumors of this area. The disease spectrum is wide and involves many surgical techniques and methods.
