  • OSA是以睡眠时反复出现的打鼾、呼吸暂停导致低氧灌注间断反复发作,并以白天嗜睡、神志精神异常等为主要表现的睡眠呼吸障碍性疾病。由于OSA引起的反复间歇性低氧、二氧化碳潴留所致高碳酸血症以及睡眠结构的失调,可引起机体生理功能的紊乱,进而引发的一系列并发症。目前有研究报道指出,OSA与多种疾病的发生发展具有极为密切的关系。肠道是人体最重要的营养物质消化和吸收器官。人类肠道中寄生的微生物达上千种,统称为肠道微生物组。经历了长期而漫长的进化
