  • 1 声带白斑概述声带白斑是指声带表面被覆不易擦去的白色斑块或斑片状病灶,属于一种描述性临床诊断,发病率男性高于女性,单侧略多于双侧,累及喉部其他部位较少见。对于声带上所发现的白色病变,不能一概简单称之为声带白斑,应排除特异性/非特异性感染所致的白色病变,对经保守治疗后无法自行恢复,可能需要外科干预和治疗的才称之为真正的"声带白斑"[1-2]。声带白斑的发生多与黏膜受到长期慢性刺激有关,其中吸烟、饮酒以及咽喉反流与声带白斑的发生有明确
