慢性鼻窦炎中金黄色葡萄球菌药敏结果分析

Analysis of drug sensitivity of Staphylococcus aureus in patients with chronic sinusitis

  • 目的:了解慢性鼻窦炎(CRS)及健康对照者鼻腔金黄色葡萄球菌感染情况及药物敏感性。方法:对71例CRS患者(实验组)和103例健康对照者(对照组)中鼻道分泌物行细菌培养和药敏试验,分析金黄色葡萄球菌感染情况及药物敏感性。结果:实验组71例患者中,分离出金黄色葡萄球菌29株,阳性率为40.85%;103例对照组中,分离出12株,阳性率为11.65%。菌株对氨基糖苷类、糖肽类药物敏感性较高,实验组与对照组耐药率无差异。共检出13株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌,未出现对喹诺酮类、氨基糖苷类和万古霉素耐药的菌株。结论:部分CRS患者发病可能与金黄色葡萄球菌感染有关,使用抗生素治疗CRS,应根据鼻腔分泌物的细菌培养和药敏结果选择药物。
