A comparison of fine needle nonaspiration cytology versus fine needle aspiration for thyroid nodules: a Meta-analysis

  • 目的:评估细针非负压细胞学检查(FNNAC)和针吸细胞学检查(FNAC)在甲状腺结节中涂片质量和诊断准确性的差异。方法:计算机检索有关FNNAC和FNAC文献,用软件Revman5.3行Meta分析。结果:共纳入研究10篇,Meta分析显示在低、中、高涂片质量上FNNAC和FNAC比较差异无统计学意义;在诊断准确性上差异亦无统计学意义。结论:FNNAC和FNAC两种穿刺在获取涂片质量和诊断准确性方面无差异,穿刺者可根据习惯自由选择。
