鼻息肉VEGF-B基因启动子甲基化研究

The exploration of VEGF-B methylation in the nasal polyp

  • 目的: 探讨VEGF-B基因启动子在鼻息肉中甲基化状态。方法: 应用MS-PCR检测28例实验组鼻息肉组织和12例对照组正常组织VEGF-B基因启动子甲基化状态,并对MS-PCR产物进行测序。结果: VEGF-B启动子甲基化在28例鼻息肉中有9例阳性,19例阴性;在12例对照组织中8例阳性,4例阴性。鼻息肉组织和对照组织中VEGF-B基因启动子甲基化阳性率的差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.096,P<0.05)。MS-PCR产物测序结果表明鼻息肉中存在VEGF-B基因启动子甲基化修饰。结论: 鼻息肉中VEGF-B基因启动子可能存在低甲基化状态。推测鼻息肉VEGF-B基因甲基化调控着VEGF-B的表达,在鼻息肉的发生机制中占有重要地位。
