The ralationship between SUV values in PET/CT and clinical staging of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

  • 目的: 研究鼻咽癌患者PET/CT中的鼻咽原发灶SUVmax(SUVmax-T)、转移淋巴结SUVmax(SUVmax-N)和鼻咽原发灶SUVmax与转移淋巴结SUVmax中取较大值(SUVmax值)与分期之间的临床意义。方法: 收集54例初治鼻咽癌患者治疗前的临床资料及PET/CT中的SUVmax值,使用Spearman相关性分析比较PET/CT的SUVmax-T、SUVmax-N和SUVmax值与临床分期之间的相关性。结果: SUVmax-T与T分期、临床分期之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SUVmax-N与N分期、临床分期之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);SUVmax与T分期、N分期、临床分期之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);SUVmax与病理类型之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论: PET/CT中SUVmax值与鼻咽癌临床分期有关。
