The response of GABA eliciting the rats outer hair cells during development

  • 目的: 用电生理方法验证GABA能诱使SD大鼠发育中外毛细胞产生反应,并为外毛细胞上有GABA受体提供证据及研究GABA作用与发育期外毛细胞之间的关系。方法: 全细胞记录顶部外毛细胞在GABA作用下膜电位及电流的变化。然后电生理数据进行统计,电生理数据中GABA能引起细胞发生膜电位变化或电流变化占所记录细胞的比例,并以此来分析其与发育之间的关系。结果: 电生理数据显示GABA能使细胞发生超极化或产生内向电流,而且细胞反映百分数也是随发育逐渐减少的。结论: GABA引起外毛细胞的作用随发育逐渐减少,这意味着该递质在外毛细胞发育过程中可能有牵引传出纤维到达外毛细胞区域或促进MOC-OHC突触形成的作用。
