Expression and significance of C/EBPα and CK10 in nasal inverted papilloma

  • 目的: 检测鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤(NIP)组织中CCAAT增强子结合蛋白α(C/EBPα)、CK10的表达,进一步探讨其在NIP发生、发展及复发中的作用。方法: 应用免疫组织化学PV-6000二步法检测30例NIP组织、20例鼻息肉(NP)组织和10例正常鼻黏膜(NM)组织中C/EBPα、CK10的表达。结果: ①NM、NP与NIP组织中C/EBPα、CK10的阳性表达均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);②单纯NIP组与不典型增生NIP组中C/EBPα、CK10的阳性表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③复发NIP组与未复发NIP组中C/EBPα、CK10的阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④NIP组中C/EBPα和CK10的表达呈正相关(r=0.578,P<0.01)。结论: C/EBPα、CK10在NIP上皮增殖与分化的调控中可能起了重要作用,C/EBP-α和CK10的高度表达可作为NIP复发的指标。
