Correlation of MMP-9 polymorphism with susceptibility and prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma

  • 目的:探讨MMP-9基因多态性与喉癌易感性及临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法:应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法,检测142例喉癌患者和200例健康对照者MMP-9-1562C/T单核苷酸多态性位点的基因型。结果:携带MMP-9-1562CC基因型者患喉癌的风险高于携带MMP-9-1562CT/TT基因型者(P<0.05,95%CI=1.02~2.77);MMP-9-1562C/T基因多态性与喉癌患者年龄、性别、T分期、临床分期及淋巴结转移无相关性;Kaplan-Meier生存分析结果显示,MMP-9-1562CC基因型患者的生存率低于TT和CT基因型患者(P<0.01);COX回归分析显示,携带MMP-9-1562CC基因型的患者预后不良。结论:MMP-9-1562C/T基因多态性与喉癌的发病风险相关;MMP-9-1562C/T基因多态性可能是影响预后的独立危险因素。
