Anxiolytics reduce residual dizziness after successful canalith repositioning maneuvers in benign paroxysmal positional vertigo

摘要: 目的: 管石复位治疗(CRP)能有效治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV),但许多患者在CRP治疗成功后仍有持续的头晕感。本研究的目的在于评价抗焦虑药物辅助治疗对CRP治疗成功后残余头晕感的疗效。方法: 2011-01-2011-03期间73例BPPV患者接受CRP治疗成功,并随机分为药物组和对照组。药物组患者服用低剂量的依替唑仑2周,对照组患者不用药。所有患者在进行主观垂直视觉检查后2周复诊,采用头晕残障量表(DHI)和特定活动平衡信心量表(ABC)评价CRP治疗前后的主观症状变化。结果: 2组患者的DHI得分均显著升高,但药物组患者在DHI功能和情绪的分量表分数以及总分上的下降更加显著。结论: 本研究表明,抗焦虑药物可能对接受了CRP的BPPV的患者有效。
