Non-invasive positive pressure ventilation for residual OSAHS with hypercapnia: a case report

  • 本文报道1例11岁2个月的女性患儿。6年前,患儿因睡眠打鼾在我科行扁桃体伴腺样体切除术,但术后效果欠佳。本次入院前2周,患儿睡眠打鼾加重,伴憋气,且无法平躺睡眠,遂于2023年12月1日再次入住我科。结合病史及辅助检查,诊断为①阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(重度);②高碳酸血症。予自动双水平气道正压通气(BiPAP)治疗后症状缓解,治疗期间睡眠呼吸监测指标恢复正常。随访1个月后,患儿生长发育较前明显加快,嗜睡问题得到缓解。
