  • 喉癌是第二常见的头颈部恶性肿瘤,指南推荐对进展期喉癌患者进行预防性甲状腺切除,但其预后价值尚不明确。本文综述了喉癌患者甲状腺侵犯的发生率、高危因素、预后价值及预防性切除甲状腺对进展期喉癌患者结局的影响。
