耳鼻喉科静脉血栓栓塞的流行病学及病因与预防的研究现状

The research status of epidemiology, etiology, and prevention measures of venous thromboembolism in ENT

  • 静脉血栓栓塞(VTE)是临床上最常见的可预防的围手术期患者死亡原因之一。VTE在耳鼻喉科发生风险较低,然而近年来随着耳鼻喉科的治疗范围不断拓展,复杂手术的开展逐渐增多,VTE的发生风险也随之增高。重新认识VTE在耳鼻喉科中的发生率、识别VTE的高危因素并进行早期预防对于降低VTE的发生率和围手术期患者死亡率具有重要意义。本文对耳鼻喉科VTE的流行病学、病因以及预防的研究现状作一综述,以期为耳鼻喉科VTE的临床诊治提供参考。
