Study on nasal nitric oxide concentrations of 50 healthy individuals in Dalian

  • 目的 测量大连地区50例健康人经鼻呼出气一氧化氮(nNO)浓度值, 通过研究安静状态下改变鼻腔不通气时间时NO浓度的变化趋势, 为无创检测鼻窦内NO浓度及鼻窦口通畅性提供思路。方法 ① 使用纳库仑呼气分析仪检测大连地区50例健康受试者的左、右侧nNO浓度值(LnNO、RnNO)及设定鼻腔不通气时间分别为10 s、20 s、30 s时经左侧鼻腔测得的LnNO10、LnNO20、LnNO30, 对其中配合良好的10例受试者延长鼻腔不通气时间至50 s, 测得LnNO50。②使用SPSS 19.0进行统计学分析, 采用t检验分析双侧nNO之间的差异, 通过单因素重复测量方差分析研究改变鼻腔不通气时间时NO在鼻腔的蓄积浓度变化趋势。结果 ① 50例健康受试者LnNO浓度平均值为(383.32±126.35)×10-9, RnNO平均值为(395.26±124.32)×10-9, 双侧nNO浓度之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05), 平均值为(389.29±124.85)×10-9。②鼻腔不通气时间为10、20、30 s时测得nNO浓度平均值LnNO10、LnNO20、LnNO30分别为(984.54±477.69)×10-9、(1527.32±717.25)×10-9和(2183.26±946.21)×10-9, 其中10例受试者鼻腔不通气时间延长至50 s时测得LnNO50为(3083.00±1905.62)×10-9; 延长鼻腔不通气时间后测得nNO浓度升高的差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。结论 ① 大连地区50例健康人nNO浓度值为(389.29±124.85)×10-9。②健康人可单侧鼻孔测量nNO代替双侧鼻孔。③安静状态下, 一定时间内延长鼻腔不通气时间, nNO浓度呈逐渐升高趋势, 继续延长鼻腔不通气时间, 有望为无创检测鼻窦内NO浓度及鼻窦口通畅性提供思路。
