Abstract: Clear cell carcinoma is a rare head and neck malignancy, which has a good prognosis. Its diagnosis requires a combination of histology, immunohistochemistry and molecular testing. We present a case of tonsil clear cell carcinoma, which was treated with extended tumor resection. The patient did not receive postoperative adjuvant therapy, and no recurrence or metastasis was found in the follow-up of 13 months.
