Abstract: Innate lymphoid cells(ILCs) have been found to be involved in innate immune responses in recent years, and one of the subtypes of group 2 innate lymphoid cells is essential for the development of allergic airway inflammation. They are regulated by a variety of protein molecules to express corresponding cytokines and play different roles. This article will briefly describe the immunological properties of current ILC2 and its role in allergic rhinitis.
