Benign lesion of the laryng with destroy of the lamina cartilaginis thyroidea: a case report

Abstract: Clinical manifestations were pharyngalgia, dysphagia and hoarseness. A laryngeal CT imaging demonstrated a destroyed consecutive lamina cartilaginis thyroidea. The clinical diagnose indicates that it is likely amalignant disease. Multiple histological examinations of intraoperation and postoperation demonstrated a chronic inflammation of the laryngeal mucosa. It is a very rare case.
