Changes of nasal nitric oxide in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with hydrogen-rich saline lavage of nasal cavity

  • 目的 观察富氢盐水对鼻呼出一氧化氮(nNO)浓度的影响,探讨其治疗变应性鼻炎的可能机制。方法 临床筛选20例持续性中重度变应性鼻炎患者,先后用富氢生理盐水及生理盐水灌洗鼻腔,进行随机双盲自身对照研究,每周测试nNO值。结果 nNO值与变应性鼻炎的诊断及疗效有相关性,2种灌洗液治疗前后nNO值的差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。结论 富氢盐水灌洗鼻腔可以引起nNO的改变,有望用于变应性鼻炎的治疗。
