扩展高频在多囊卵巢综合征患者早期听损伤检测中的应用

The application of extended high frequency audiometry in detecting the early hearing loss for polycystic ovarian syndrome

  • 目的:初步探讨扩展高频用于评估多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者早期听损伤的临床意义。方法:对40例确诊的年轻PCOS患者和20例健康对照者进行传统常规频率(0.25~8.00 kHz)和扩展高频(10~20 kHz)纯音听阈测试,并对其结果进行统计学分析。结果:2组的听力阈值在0.25、0.50、1.00、2.00和4.00 kHz的频率下相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PCOS组在8~20 kHz频率下的听阈均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PCOS组的扩展高频检出率低于对照组,以16、18 kHz最为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PCOS患者早期的听损伤从扩展高频开始,扩展高频在PCOS早期听损伤评估中较常规频率纯音测听更敏感。
