Clinical application of HRCT three-dimensional reconstruction in traumatic ossicular chain interruption

  • 目的:探讨HRCT三维重建技术在外伤性听骨链中断的价值和临床应用。方法:回顾性分析14例外伤性听骨链中断患者的临床资料,14例患者术前均采用颞骨HRCT扫描及听骨链三维重建成像技术处理,对重建后的听骨链进行多角度观察,评价听骨链损伤部位和病变程度,并与显微镜下手术探查结果进行比较。结果:术前行颞骨HRCT扫描所观察的听骨链损伤与术中所见听骨链损伤的符合率仅为28.57%,听骨链三维重建成像技术所观察的听骨链损伤与术中所见听骨链损伤的符合率为85.71%,三维重建成像技术能更清晰、立体地显示不同程度的听小骨破坏。结论:术前颞骨HRCT三维重建技术可较好地显示和诊断听骨链中断的部位及病变程度,对听骨链病变做出准确评价,有助于制定个体化手术方案及评估手术风险。
