儿童嗓音相关生活质量量表在儿童嗓音疾病中的应用

The application of parental version of pediatric voice-related quality of life in children with voice disorders

  • 目的:通过嗓音相关生活质量(pVRQOL)量表评估嗓音疾病对儿童生活质量的影响。方法:2017-08-2018-12共纳入386例儿童,根据嗓音状况分为嗓音疾病组(214例)及无嗓音疾病组(172例),由家长填写含pVRQOL量表。根据数据特征,运用Mann-Whitney U检验及Pearson相关性检验进行统计学分析。结果:①声带小结是最常见的儿童嗓音疾病(68.2%),患嗓音疾病的男孩(71.5%)较女孩(28.5%)多;②通过pVRQOL量表评估,嗓音疾病组中总分(91.40±8.63、97.94±4.23),功能生理(87.55±10.98、96.99±6.10)及社会情感(98.86±3.29、99.73±1.08)维度均低于无嗓音疾病组,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);③在嗓音疾病组,家长总体评价目前孩子的嗓音状况的视觉模拟量表评分与pVRQOL量表间存在相关性:与pVRQOL量表总分呈中等负相关(r=-0.398,P<0.01);与功能生理维度呈中等负相关(r=-0.448,P<0.01),与社会情感维度呈负的弱相关(r=-0.125,P<0.05)。结论:嗓音疾病可对儿童的嗓音相关生活质量造成负面影响,pVRQOL量表可应用于儿童嗓音相关疾病对生活质量影响程度的评估。
