耳后皮瓣急诊即刻修复耳轮部分缺损的临床应用

Application on the clinical effect of immediate repair of part helix defect with flap on post aurem and mastoid region

  • 目的:探讨耳后皮瓣急诊即刻修复耳轮缺损的临床效果。方法:采用耳后皮瓣即刻修复15例急诊外伤后耳轮皮肤及软骨部分缺损的患者,以耳轮缺损上方皮肤组织为蒂,向耳后乳突区接近颅耳角处绘出皮瓣,一般为3~4cm长,至少要保证1cm宽,在软骨膜上掀起皮瓣,向上旋转形成耳轮结构修复耳轮缺损。结果:15例耳轮部分缺损均在急诊环境下即刻修复,耳轮大小和形态满意,颅耳角无改变。随访1~3个月耳轮形态稳定。结论:耳后皮瓣可在急诊条件下即刻修复耳轮部分缺损,具有术式简单、皮瓣存活率高、一次能达到较满意外形的优点。
