Detection of differentially expressed geneof allergic rhinitis based on RT~2 profiler PCR array

摘要: 目的: 应用功能分类基因芯片技术研究变应性鼻炎差异表达基因。方法: 分别提取、检测8例变应性鼻炎及8例正常对照的下鼻甲黏膜组织的总RNA,合成cDNA后进行实时荧光定量PCR芯片扫描,检测出两组间的差异表达基因。结果: 通过对84个与过敏及哮喘发病相关基因的分析,发现67个基因表达下调,17个基因表达上调,差异具有统计学意义的差异性表达基因为2个(STAT6、BCL6)。结论: 用功能分类基因芯片可检测变应性鼻炎中异常表达的基因。Abstract: Objective: The aim of this study is to detect differentially expressed gene of allergic rhinitis(AR) based on RT2 profiler PCR array.Method: The real-time PCR array containing 84 genes were used to compare inferior turbinate samples obtained from AR patients(n=8) and healthy individuals(n=8).Result: The results showed that 67 genes were down regulated and 17 genes were up regulated in AR inferior turbinate after analysis of 84 genes related to allergy and asthma.STAT6 and BCL6 were recognized as differentially expressed genes.Conclusion: The real-time PCR array can provide new insight into the pathophysiological processes involved in AR.
