Detection of differentially expressed geneof allergic rhinitis based on RT~2 profiler PCR array

  • 目的: 应用功能分类基因芯片技术研究变应性鼻炎差异表达基因。方法: 分别提取、检测8例变应性鼻炎及8例正常对照的下鼻甲黏膜组织的总RNA,合成cDNA后进行实时荧光定量PCR芯片扫描,检测出两组间的差异表达基因。结果: 通过对84个与过敏及哮喘发病相关基因的分析,发现67个基因表达下调,17个基因表达上调,差异具有统计学意义的差异性表达基因为2个(STAT6、BCL6)。结论: 用功能分类基因芯片可检测变应性鼻炎中异常表达的基因。
