Abstract: When it comes to the treatment of oropharyngeal cancer,the recurrence rate is high after radiotherapy,chemotherapy or open surgery.Transoral robotic surgery is a relatively new surgical therapy in oropharyngeal cancer,which can promote the development of minimally invasive surgery of oropharyngeal cancer.In this study,we reviewed flap reconstruction techniques of transoral robotic surgery,outcomes,contraindications,advantages and disadvantages.
