  • 目的: 探讨4~8℃冰水应用于儿童扁桃体低温等离子切除术对术后假膜脱落时间的影响。方法: 以117例良性扁桃体肥大并且符合手术指征的患儿为研究对象,其中56例患儿纳入实验组,以4~8℃冰(0.9% NaCl)生理盐水作为递质行等离子辅助下的扁桃体切割手术;另 61例患儿纳入对照组,以手术室常温22~25℃(0.9%NaCl)生理盐水作为递质行等离子辅助下扁桃体切割手术,比较2组患儿术后假膜完全脱落的时间。结果: 实验组与对照组假膜形成时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组假膜脱落时间为(11.32±2.51)d,对照组为(15.03±4.12)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论: 4~8℃冰水应用于儿童扁桃体低温等离子切除术可缩短术后假膜脱落的时间,可能提示冰水递质应用于等离子手术可降低其所造成的热损伤。
