The clinical value of vestibular autorotation test in the diagnosis of otogenic vertigo

  • 目的:探讨前庭自旋转试验(VAT)在耳源性眩晕疾病患者中的应用价值。方法:对确诊的129例耳源性眩晕患者进行VAT及冷热试验检查,将结果进行对比分析。结果:VAT检查结果异常者89例(69.0%),冷热试验检查结果异常者56例(43.4%)。两项对比试验中,单独结果异常VAT为47例(36.4%),冷热试验为14例(10.9%);两者均异常42例(32.6%),两者总异常103例(79.8%)。经统计学分析VAT异常的检出率高于冷热试验,总异常的检出率高于任何单一试验异常的检出率,差异有统计学意义(χ2=1.670,P<0.05)。结论:耳源性眩晕患者中VAT异常的检出率高于冷热试验。VAT与冷热试验联合应用,可相互补充,有助于全面了解半规管功能,为耳源性眩晕疾病的诊断提供参考。
