年龄因素对前庭诱发肌源性电位的影响

Effects of aging on vestibular evoked myogenic potential

  • 目的: 探讨不同年龄组正常人群颈肌前庭诱发肌源性电位(cVEMP)及眼肌前庭诱发肌源性电位(oVEMP)的差异及临床意义。方法: 纳入60例健康人,其中20~40岁20例,41~60岁20例,60岁以上20例。采用短纯音刺激方式,对研究对象进行前庭诱发肌源性电位检查。采用SPSS 16.0软件进行统计分析。结果: 随着年龄增加,cVEMP中P1波潜伏期延长,P1-N1振幅下降,振幅不对称比增加;oVEMP中N1波潜伏期延长,N1-P1振幅下降,振幅不对称比增加。结论: 随着年龄老化,耳石器反射通路时间延长、耳石器功能呈下降趋势且两侧下降程度不一致。
