The cultivation and migration in vitro of olfactory ensheathing cells from human olfactory mucosa

  • 目的: 探讨成人嗅黏膜嗅鞘细胞的分离、培养及体外迁移特性。方法: 分离并培养成人及大鼠鼻腔嗅黏膜来源的嗅鞘细胞,分别观察2组嗅鞘细胞的生长、分型以及体外迁移能力。结果: 成功分离培养成人和大鼠嗅黏膜嗅鞘细胞,成人嗅黏膜嗅鞘细胞的生长、分型、体外迁移能力及迁移特点与大鼠黏膜嗅鞘细胞相比无明显差异。结论: 成人嗅黏膜嗅鞘细胞与大鼠嗅黏膜嗅鞘细胞相比,具有类似的细胞特性,可以作为临床细胞移植修复神经损伤的可靠的细胞来源。
