Abstract: Here is a case report of a new neoplasm found in the mouth of neonate born for 4 hours.Neck CT suggested that the neoplasm came from the esophageal. During the operation the root of neoplasm was found in the nasopharynx and postoperative pathological diagnosis was nasopharyngeal hamartoma.
