低氧对人喉癌Hep-2细胞增殖及凋亡的影响

Effects of hypoxia on cell proliferation and apoptosis in human laryngeal cancer Hep-2 cells

  • 目的:探讨低氧对喉癌Hep-2细胞增殖及凋亡的影响。方法:模拟人体实体肿瘤低氧环境,应用MTT法检测低氧组与常氧组6、12、24、36 h细胞增殖率,流式细胞学方法检测低氧组与常氧组6、12、24、36 h细胞凋亡率。结果:常氧与低氧细胞增殖率随时间延长均呈逐渐升高趋势;常氧组与低氧组6、12、24、36 h各时间点下比较于24 h差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。低氧组细胞凋亡率于6、12、24 h较常氧组低(P<0.01),于36 h较常氧组高(P<0.05)。结论:低氧可促进细胞增殖,且细胞增殖率可随时间延长逐渐增高。低氧能够抑制细胞凋亡,但持续缺氧还可以促进细胞凋亡。
