  • 目的:分析正常青年人多刺激听觉稳态诱发反应(m-ASSR)、单刺激ASSR(s-ASSR)、听性脑干诱发反应(C-ABR)、纯音听阈测听(PTA)阈值,分析听力测试组合与PTA之间的相关性,探讨听力测试组合(C-ABR结合0.5、1.0kHz s-ASSR)在听力评估中的价值。方法:对听力正常青年人(43例86耳)分别行PTA、m-ASSR、0.5kHz s-ASSR、1.0kHz s-ASSR、C-ABR检查。将PTA、m-ASSR、听力测试组合(C-ABR结合0.5、1.0kHz s-ASSR反应阈)等用统计学软件SPSSl8.0进行双变量相关分析。结果:各频率m-ASSR、听力测试组合反应阈与PTA之间有较好的相关性。0.5、1.0、2.0、4.0kHz处,听力测试组合反应阈与PTA相关系数分别为0.803、0.650、0.649、0.734,而m-ASSR与PTA相关系数分别为0.48、0.64、0.57、0.64。结论:在正常青年人听力评估中,听力测试组合与PTA之间有较好的相关性,听力测试组合可以更准确、更可靠评估正常青年人听阈水平。
