Correlation study between PSG parameters and CT masurements in upper airway of OSAHS patients before and after UPPP

  • 目的:研究中、重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者行UPPP前后上气道形态学改变及意义。方法:30例中、重度OSAHS患者术前、术后通过多层螺旋CT上气道扫描及PSG监测,应用Pear-son相关分析分析上气道最小截面积、左右径、前后径与呼吸紊乱指数的相关性。结果:手术前后上气道最小截面积CT测量值有显著性差异,呼吸紊乱指数与最小截面积、左右径有负相关性,与前后径无相关性。结论:OS-AHS患者UPPP手术后最小截面积、左右径、前后径均扩大。手术前后最小截面积和左右径的变化与AHI的变化有相关性。
