摘要: 目的:探讨开窗减压术在颌骨囊性病变治疗中的应用。方法:对32例颌骨囊性病变实行开窗减压术,使囊腔呈开放状态,解除囊肿压力,术后冲洗囊腔,定期随访。结果:开窗术后全部患者囊腔缩小,X线和(或)CT复查可见囊腔周围新骨生成,倾斜移位的牙逐渐纠正,小儿患者移位的恒牙胚基本回位并萌出;18例仅存小骨凹陷,无需行Ⅱ期手术;8例囊腔缩小50%以上,予行囊肿切除术;6例囊腔缩小不足50%,仍在随访治疗中。结论:开窗减压术是治疗颌骨囊性病变的一种简便、经济、有效的方法。

Abstract: Objective:To explore the application of decompression in the treatment of ganthous cystic lesions.Method:Decompression surgerys were performed on 32 patients with gnathous cystic lesions,the cavities of cysts were open and the cysts pressure was relieved.The cavities of cysts were flushed after the operation and the prognosis were assessed in the regular follow-up.Result:All cysts cavities were shrinked afer decompression operation.Through the X-line and/or CT scans,we could observe that the new bones formed around cysts cavities,tilt shift teeth were gradually corrected and the permanent tooth germs of pediatric patients almost returned to the right places and erupted;There were the only remaining small bone indetations in the 18 cases,which do not need the PhaseⅡ surgery.Eight cases of cysts cavities shrinked more than 50%,which needed cystectomy.Six cases of cysts cavities shrinked less than 50%,which were still in the follow-up treatment.Conclusion:The decompression surgery is a simple,economical and effective method for the treatment of gnathous cystic lesions.
