An immunohistochemical study of CTHRC1,Vimentin,E-cadherin expression in papillary thyroid carcinoma

  • 目的: 探讨甲状腺乳头状癌组织中CTHRC1的表达及其与肿瘤发生发展的关系。方法: 选取甲状腺乳头状癌组织63例与相应癌旁正常甲状腺组织36例以及结节性甲状腺肿组织23例,使用免疫组织化学方法检测CTHRC1蛋白的表达,分析CHTRC1表达与甲状腺乳头状癌患者临床病理特征的关系及其与E-cadherin、Vimentin表达的相关性。结果: CTHRC1蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌组织中的表达水平明显高于癌旁正常组织和良性病变组织(P<0.01);CTHRC1在甲状腺乳头状癌淋巴结转移患者中的表达水平明显增高(P<0.05)。甲状腺乳头状癌组织中CTHRC1和E-cadherin、Vimentin的表达相关(均P<0.01)。结论: CTHRC1与甲状腺乳头状癌的发生、发展相关,可能参与了甲状腺乳头状癌上皮-间质转化过程。
