The diagnosis and treatment progress of olfaction disorders in chronic rhinosinusitis

摘要: 嗅觉障碍是慢性鼻窦炎患者的常见症状,其诊疗受到患者和医生的广泛关注。当前对于嗅觉障碍的评估及治疗方法众多,如何选择更为简便且准确的评估方法以及有效的治疗手段是临床难点。本文对近年来临床上常用的评估方法及治疗手段进行综述,以期对临床诊疗提供帮助。Abstract: Olfactory disorders are a common symptom in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis, and their diagnosis and treatment have garnered extensive attention from both patients and doctors. Currently, there are various evaluation and treatment methods for olfactory dysfunction; however, choosing a simpler and more accurate assessment, as well as an effective treatment, remains a clinical challenge. In this article, we review the assessment and treatment methods commonly used in clinical practice in recent years to provide better support for the diagnosis and treatment of olfactory disorders.
