Misdiagnosis of adenoid cystic carcinoma of oropharynx: a case report

More Information
  • 腺样囊性癌好发于头颈部唾液腺腺体,是一种恶性程度高、放化疗抵抗及预后较差的恶性肿瘤。腺样囊性癌临床病程进展缓慢,容易误诊,主要诊疗手段是在多学科会诊模式下的个体化精准治疗,即手术治疗和放化疗。腺样囊性癌容易复发和血道转移,以传统放化疗为基础的治疗手段在过去的30年里未取得令人满意的疗效,如何早发现、早诊断及早治疗是临床医师面临的需要迫切解决的难题。
