摘要: 腺样囊性癌好发于头颈部唾液腺腺体，是一种恶性程度高、放化疗抵抗及预后较差的恶性肿瘤。腺样囊性癌临床病程进展缓慢，容易误诊，主要诊疗手段是在多学科会诊模式下的个体化精准治疗，即手术治疗和放化疗。腺样囊性癌容易复发和血道转移，以传统放化疗为基础的治疗手段在过去的30年里未取得令人满意的疗效，如何早发现、早诊断及早治疗是临床医师面临的需要迫切解决的难题。Abstract: Adenoid cystic carcinoma usually occurs in the salivary glands of the head and neck. It is a malignant tumor with a high degree of malignancy, resistance to radiotherapy and chemotherapy and poor prognosis. The clinical course of adenoid cystic carcinoma is slow and easy to be misdiagnosed. The main diagnosis and treatment means are individualized and precise treatment under the multi-disciplinary consultation mode, that is, surgical treatment and radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Adenoid cystic carcinoma is prone to relapse and hematologic metastasis, and the traditional radiotherapy and chemotherapy based therapies have not achieved satisfactory efficacy in the past three decades. How to detect, diagnose and treat early is an urgent task faced by clinicians.
