    王秋菊,主任医师,教授,博士/博士后导师,解放军总医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科医学部耳鼻咽喉内科主任,全军耳鼻咽喉研究所所长,求是杰出青年奖获得者,全军科技领军人才,中国医促会优秀学科带头人,耳内科学分会主任委员,中国医师协会耳内科学组组长,中华医学会耳鼻咽喉头颈外科分会耳科学组副组长,耳内科学及聋病遗传学知名专家。创立我国我军耳内科学亚专科,担任国际耳内科医师协会主席,曾受邀在德国哥廷根听觉神经科学研究所、意大利罗马大学、英国国王学院、英国皇家内科学院、美国纽约州立大学、瑞典卡罗林斯卡学院及Nobel Forum进行主题报告。主持国家863、973、国自然重点、国际合作重点、军队重点项目等30余项。建立了军事噪声性耳聋干预救治链,获2020年军队科技进步一等奖(2020-1);解决了我国遗传性耳聋一级预防的瓶颈难题,诞生我国第一例阻断遗传性耳聋的第三代试管婴儿,获中国出生缺陷救助基金会杰出贡献奖(2016-1);提出新生儿听力与基因联合筛查新理念,实践了355万例次新生儿联合筛查,获中国科协优秀论文一等奖(2008-1)、中国出生缺陷救助基金会科技进步一等奖(2020-1);发现了国际上第一个Y连锁遗传性耳聋FoSTeS新机制,开展了遗传性听神经病的系列研究,牵头制定了我国首部听神经病临床实践指南,获中华医学科技一等奖(2014-1)。享受国务院政府特贴(2018)、荣立个人二等功(2018)。培养博硕士研究生50余名,其中1名获国家优青,6名获全军优博、优硕,1名获北京市优秀博士毕业生。获授权专利及著作权30余项,发表论文300余篇。

  • 随着基因组学研究的不断深入,影像学检测技术的不断提升,听力学技术的广泛应用,基因编辑技术的飞速发展,儿童听力损失的实践应用和临床研究也取得了重要的突破和进展。本文主要阐述儿童听力损失的重要概念、流行病学、听力筛查、听力学诊断、基因学应用、影像学评估及干预策略的现状和新进展,助力儿童听力损失的临床实践。
