Abstract: A 58 years old male came to our hospital with chief compliant of a persistent neck mass on his right neck.The size of this neck mass was 5 cm×3 cm.After a surgery of removing two largest lymph nodes in his neck, as well as immunohistochemistry staining, the diagnosis of IgG4 related disease was reached.
