Abstract: Summary Sarcomatoid carcinoma, a malignant tumor containing both epithelial-derived malignant cells and malignant mesenchymal cells. Microscopically, cancer cells and sarcoma cells migrate to each other, and CK and Vimentin are simultaneously expressed. A rare case of tonsillar sarcomatoid carcinoma is discussed in our department with dysphagia as the first symptom.
