摘要

摘要: 眩晕是临床上常见的主观症状,其客观表现为平衡失调,具体临床表现纷繁复杂。近年来,眩晕疾病的研究得到多学科的关注,先后完善了一系列常见眩晕疾病如BPPV、前庭性偏头痛、梅尼埃病以及持续性姿势-知觉性头晕综合征的指南或共识,这对眩晕的临床工作有着重要的指导作用。但是目前对眩晕疾病的病因、发病机制、治疗等尚未完全明晰,临床中常常遇到伴有睡眠障碍的眩晕患者,其关系也有相关研究,现从两者的流行病学、可能机制、相关临床研究以及治疗方法的选择几个方面进行综述。

Abstract: Sleep disorders are commonly encountered in patients with vertigo. Comorbid of them is a major clinical challenge as the outcomes of both conditions are worsened by each other. The sleep and vertigo issues that are covered in this review are epidemiology, possible mechanisms and pathogenesis, and most recent clinical studies. In addition, treatment recommendations on vertigo patients with sleep disorders are discussed briefly. The multiple interactions between vertigo and sleep disorders underscore the need for improving the ability to deal with comorbidity.
