摘要: 1病例报告患者,男,18岁,因右耳间断流脓伴耳闷1月余入院。耳纤维内镜（图1）检查:右耳外耳道内段见一新生物,色泽灰暗,堵塞外耳道约3/4,鼓膜窥不清。颞骨CT（图2）示:右侧外耳道后壁结节状等低密度影,直径约9mm,其间可见斑点状钙化,局部骨质未见明显破坏。术前常规检查无手术禁忌,在全身麻醉下行右外耳道新生物切除术,术中

Abstract: Hamartomas are non-neoplastic overgrowth of mature/differentiated tissue indigenous to the specific part of the body in which they develop. Most hamartomas are located in the liver, spleen, lungs, and pancreas. However, external auditory canal hamartoma is rare. We describe here an 18-year-old man who presented with aural fullness. Computed tomography revealed an equal low density mass without bony erosion, pathological examination showed that the mass was an osseous hamartoma. Although osseous hamartoma in the external auditory canal is extremely rare, it should be kept in mind during differential diagnosis.
