摘要: 影像学检查提示20%先天性耳聋存在内耳畸形[1],大部分此类患者有重度至极重度感音神经性聋(SNHL),是人工耳蜗植入的候选者。内耳畸形可为单侧也可为双侧[2],往往需要不同的手术方式,究竟是选择耳蜗植入还是听性脑干植入仍有争议。因此,如何对内耳畸形进行分类并形成普遍公认的分类体系显得至关重要。不同的分类往往使诊断和处理变得困难重重。我们应当对不同的先天性内耳畸形进行科学系统的分类,如此人工耳蜗植入术后的听力结果才具有可比性[3]。耳鼻喉科医生、听力学家、语言专家都应该熟悉这一分类,否
