Expression of eosinophilic cationic protein in neutrophils and its effect on objective evaluation of nasal inflammation

  • 目的:探索中性粒细胞中嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)的表达情况及其对鼻部炎症程度客观评价的影响。方法:分别收集鼻分泌物中中性粒细胞及嗜酸粒细胞,进行ECP免疫组织化学染色,观察不同细胞中ECP的染色情况。选取40例变应性鼻炎(AR)患者为AR组,30例鼻分泌物以中性粒细胞表达为主、不伴有AR且不伴有鼻息肉的慢性鼻窦炎(CRSsNP)患者为CRSsNP组,24例正常人为对照组。收集3组对象的鼻分泌物,检测其中ECP、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)的含量,嗜酸粒细胞和中性粒细胞的数量及百分率,并进行分析。结果:免疫组织化学染色后可见嗜酸粒细胞和中性粒细胞中均有ECP表达,嗜酸粒细胞中ECP的表达强度显著高于中性粒细胞。鼻分泌物炎症因子检测结果显示,AR组和CRSsNP组中ECP和MPO的表达水平均高于正常组(均P<0.000 1),AR组ECP表达水平与CRSsNP组无差异,但MPO表达水平显著低于CRSsNP组(P<0.000 1)。结论:中性粒细胞中有ECP表达,且可能对鼻部炎症客观评价造成影响。结合局部ECP及MPO的表达情况,可对局部炎症作出较为准确的判断。
