肖水芳,医学博士,教授,主任医师,博士生导师。现任北京大学第一医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科主任,中华医学会中华耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学会分会常务委员、噪音学组组长,中国抗癌协会头颈肿瘤外科专业委员会常务委员,中国医师协会委员会常务委员,中国医师协会睡眠医学专业委员会耳鼻咽喉学组组长,中华医学会医疗事故鉴定委员会委员,北京医学会耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学分会副主任委员,北京大学睡眠研究中心副主任。国家科技奖和国家自然科学基金评审专家,卫生部人事司卫生专业技术资格考试专家委员会委员,北京市住院医规范化培训考试委员会委员。担任《中华耳鼻咽喉头颈外科杂志》、《临床耳鼻咽喉头颈外科杂志》、《中国耳鼻咽喉头颈外科》和《中华耳科学杂志》等杂志的编委,《中华耳鼻咽喉头颈外科杂志》、《中国耳鼻咽喉头颈外科》执行主编;目前主要从事咽喉疾病、头颈肿瘤临床治疗和肿瘤基因治疗的研究工作等。
