Correlation analysis of eosinophils in peripheral blood and polyp tissues of patients with chronicrhinosinusitis with nasal polyps

  • 目的:探讨慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉(CRSwNP)患者外周血嗜酸粒细胞(Eos)与息肉组织Eos在不同时间段的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2008、2012及2016年在南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院行鼻内镜鼻窦手术的342例CRSwNP患者的资料,取鼻息肉标本行苏木精-伊红染色,对组织中每高倍视野Eos进行计数,并收集术前血常规检查中的Eos计数,研究3个时间段外周血Eos与息肉组织Eos之间的关系。结果:CRSwNP患者外周血Eos计数与息肉组织Eos计数在2008、2012及2016年均呈正相关(r=0.275、0.435、0.505,均P<0.05),3年中ROC曲线下面积值均>0.7。结论:CRSwNP患者的外周血Eos数量与息肉组织Eos浸润呈正相关的关系,尽管不同时间段的截断值有变化,外周血Eos可作为预判Eos浸润型CRSwNP的参考指标。
