Abstract: Mast cell degranulation plays a central role in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis.Recent studies have shown that mast cell degranulation exhibits circadian rhythm, which may be related to the periodic expression of circadian clock gene in mast cell and to the association with this kind of circadian clock genes and FcεRI.This paper focused on the biological clock mechanism of mast cell degranulation and summarized the neuroendocrine mechanism of allergic rhinitis under the regulation of biological clock.
