Observation on pollinosis with vegetable food allergy

  • 目的: 探讨夏秋季花粉症患者伴发植物类食物过敏的情况及食物性变应原对临床症状的影响。方法: 对40例花粉症伴发食物过敏患者进行吸入性变应原皮肤点刺试验,填写调查问卷。随机分成A、B两组,嘱A组患者进行相关食物忌口,B组不忌口,分别对干预前和干预后1年的临床症状、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、鼻结膜炎相关生活质量问卷(RQLQ)评分进行统计学分析。结果: 40例患者均对蒿属过敏,过敏的植物类食物以桃居多,占47.5%。24例患者同时对多种食物过敏。17例花粉症先于食物过敏出现,23例食物过敏先于花粉症出现。A组患者干预1年后RQLQ、VAS及症状评分均值分别为81.44±14.31、6.02±1.39和10.60±3.68,B组患者干预1年后RQLQ、VAS及症状评分均值分别为100.73±21.66、8.30±1.00和13.45±3.51,2组指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);A组患者诉忌口后症状较前好转,干预前患者RQLQ、VAS及症状评分均值分别为105.2±26.69、7.00±1.71和14.83±3.66,干预1年后各指标评分均值下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);B组患者症状未见明显改善,各指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论: 花粉症患者常伴发食物过敏,该类患者应减少过敏植物类食物的摄入,有助于减轻症状。
