Abstract: Tinnitus is the perception of sound without an external source. Its impact is wide-ranging and heterogeneous across individuals. Since tinnitus is a subjective sensation, the treatment of tinnitus is still in the research and exploration stage at present. This study summarized the common treatments of tinnitus and their research progress to provide clinicians with references for selecting the appropriate treatments for the tinnitus sufferers.
